Guest App Support

Having trouble with your myREWRD app? Whether it’s missing points, login issues, or a reward that didn’t apply, we want to make it right.

Common issues

• Can’t log in: Use “Forgot Password” on the login screen to reset your password via email.
• Missing check-in points: Points are awarded within a few minutes of check-in. If they’re still missing after 24 hours, contact us with your venue name and check-in date.
• Reward not applying: Ensure you’re at the venue and that the reward hasn’t expired. Show the QR code to venue staff.
• App not loading: Force-close and reopen the app. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall from the App Store or Google Play.
